So, I’ve Registered My Account, now what?
Upon registration, you will receive a system generated activation link by email with your USER NAME & PASSWORD. Check Your Spam or Trash if you can’t find this email or if using gmail. Once you’ve activated your new account, you can Change Your Password in the ACCOUNT DETAILS tab.
Forget your Password or Trouble Logging In? Use PASSWORD RESET under the Login Button entitled Lost Your Password?

How Do I Print A Receipt?
It’s easy to print a receipt after you successfully submit your order to us, you will automatically receive an Invoice by email. You will also receive a Packing Slip which lists your products with your order when it arrives at the “Ship To” location you’ve specified in your order.
Also, you can easily print your own order receipt from your own mail box or from your account page.
Log-in to your Account Dashboard found in My Account“,
- Click the Orders Tab
- Then click on View
- You can then right click and choose print.

How Do I Edit My Account Info
Like many websites, you can edit all your personal information from the user or account Dashboard. The Dashboard is found on My Account Page
From there, log-in to your dashboard anytime and edit your account info. Once logged in you can:
- Change your email
- Change your phone number
- Change your account password
Account Password Reset
How do I retrieve a forgotten or lost Account Password?
Sometimes people forget or loose passwords. To help you get a new password, you can use the password re-set utility entitled Lost Your Password? found on the Login page. This is also found under My Account page if you are not logged in.
Also, our website developers and admin staff can not see your password and therefore, we can not retrieve it for you. On the other hand, if you are unable to reset your own password, we can give you a new one. And by using the password we give you, you can login to your Account and change it.
Also, if for some reason, you’re having trouble and still can not log-in after using Account Password Reset, please Contact Us and we will manually re-set it for you!
Once you’ve logged in with your new password you should change it to something else. Always keep a record of your password in a safe place. Never give others your passwords or let them login as you.
